Beer tasting & Speed Bossche Puff-cake Fun
Make your very own Bossche Puff-cake and enjoy yourself with a Beer (&chocolate) tasting!
During this fun workshop you will learn everything in a playful way about this delicious, traditional Den Bosch', stuffed with cream and covered with chocolate ball... You will love your self-made Bossche Puffcake and every single bite of it!
We start the Bossche Puff-cake Fun with the song 'Sweet and Lovely Little Gerrit' in the adapted (to your group) version. Then it is time for the walk through the city! We start at the Medieval part, walk through the citycentre to end at the workshopplace of Choco Loca! While you can see Den Bosch, the Loca Guapa's tell you about the history of the city in a playful and fun way!
Then we begin making and applying the chocolate fondant (while dancing with panache, this often ends in a polonaise...), then the traditional stirring of the whipped cream begins, and we spray the ball full! And of course, occasionally taking a lick of chocolate is okay! You just decorate the ball in a way that makes it completely unique... And then after the 3rd, 2nd and 1st prizes..... (Chocolate Kiss), we toast to this special Chocolate Ball!
We end with the Beer tasting! The beer has diffirent (chocolate) flavours. We won't tell you too much, except that it is jummy!
The arrangement always starts at 15:00 o'clock, you may choose the day yourself!
The beertasting can be held from 8 to 15 persons max.
(Only the Speed Bossche Puffcake Fun can be held from 8 to 80 persons.)
